Ryan O'Neal And Son Arrested For METH!!
Ryan O'Neal and son Redmond were booked this morning on suspicion of narcotics possession after a probation search at the actor's Malibu home, according to the LA Times. The two were detained shortly after 7:15 a.m. and taken to the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's station.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said authorities found methamphetamine on 24-year-old Redmond, and a vial of the drug was also found in Ryan's bedroom. Redmond is the result of Ryan's long term relationship with Farrah Fawcett, and this would be the third time he's been arrested for possession of hard drugs. Last year, he was arrested on charges related to carrying heroin and crystal meth while driving, and in 2005, he was arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine and cocaine possession. Father and son will be held on $10,000 bail.
Ryan's other kid, Oscar-winner Tatum O'Neal (remember her?) was arrested back in June for cocaine possession. And don't forget, last year Ryan was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after he fired a gunshot during an argument with his other son, Griffin. Geeeez! This family makes the Lohans look like the Osmonds!
