X17 XCLUSIVE - Ryan O'Neal On Farrah: "She's A Fighter"
Yesterday afternoon we snapped Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett's BFF, Alana Stewart at Fred Segal, and when we asked Ryan about Farrah, he said she was at home and "she's fighting. She's a fighter." He added that there was "pain in our lives," but he seemed hopeful and thanked photographers for their well wishes.
Aww, maybe Ryan and Alana were buying some goodies for Farrah?
