i find the sale very strange..why would she sell?...and extremly low.10 mill? wit all her hits..my opinion , bad move

It's kind of like her business.

Very smart move, she is up there in age she can take that 10 million and invest it as the economy comes back, that will give her and her baby a nice nest egg, her hits might bring in more but it would be streched out years of royalties...

Maybe she'll deposit it in the bank that took taxpayer money and hired her to do a concert. She was such a creep about it too. All these performers are so greedy.

She's done musically--hasn't had a hit in years. Must need the money she's another a$%hole "singer" who thinks everyone needs to pay to hear her music. Hope ALL the greedy ones go broke like her--they all talk crap then sell out eventually. Look at Mellencamp in the 80's he trash talked people who allowed their music to be used for commercial purposes--guess what he's doing it now. Their all a bunch of hyprocrites.

This sounds stupid. Her hit-making days are pretty much over, yet she has sold the rights to all of the past hits which will always make her money. Laura Nyro did this many years ago and lived to regret it. Very strange move.
