Stephanie Pratt Formally Charged With DUI
Hills extra star Stephanie Pratt has been formally charged by the Los Angeles County Superior Court with suspicion of driving under the influence.
Spencer's little sis was arrested on October 18 at 3:45 AM in Hollywood and held on a $5,000 bail after being pulled over for suspicion of drunk driving. Pratt's blood alcohol level was determined to be .09, which is just barely over the legal limit.
The 23-year-old reality star reportedly faces a maximum of six months in jail and a fine of $1,000. Maybe she'll get lucky and end up serving a total of 90 minutes like Khloe, Nicole and the other naughty starlets? I guess we'll find out!
Sucks to be her! And you'd think MTV could afford to hire drivers for all of their stars. Maybe DUIs are better for ratings? Hmm!
