For all you Britney fans waiting for the return of the young, sexy, pop star we once knew and loved, I think it's safe to say she's on her way back! Just four weeks ago Brit gave birth to baby boy Sutton and she's already lookin' hot! X17 is bringing you the first, exclusive pix of Britney after the birth -- she was shopping in Malibu yesterday and in fact I think maybe she wanted to be photographed to show off her hot new bod and our competition must have been asleep!
(And this is hardly all we've got - we'll be adding more pix to this story as soon as we can prep 'em, so keep checking back!)
Brit shopped at Planet Blue kids with her new bodyguard and she looked really happy and healthy. She was in such a good mood because people didn't recognize her and she was able to shop without hassle. She had her heals on, a conservative argyle sweater vest (???), and her hair is auburn.
She's reportedly training every day to get in shape for Kevin's record release on Halloween and looks like she's doing pretty well -- she's be back to 1000 crunches a day before we know it!

Umm it's not safe to exercise before your 6 week checkup after having a baby! I heard she had a tummy tuck during the c section as well.. which reminds me that the 6 week rule is for mom's who had babies naturally, with c sections it's a longer wait to exercise!

Her body does look amazing (although she could have had a more supportive bra on) - I hope she's not over-doing it with the exercising, especially 'cause she had a c-section. She could have put some make-up on, and washed/brushed her hair though for her first public appearance!

I don't hate the dude, but i think she's better then him and she could get a much hotter guy and a guy with money who can give her the world, Kevin can't, he's leaning on Britney far too much with his album crap. Some of you people are idiots, and REAL morons. There is no way in hell a woman who recently gave birth 4-5 weeks ago can go under the knife, and get surgery for lipo/tummy tuck. I'm a 21 year old mother, and from what I've read, and heard from my doctor I should know. It's funny how you morons are so quick to believe everything you read. Britney only had about 60 lbs to lose. Part of it is from her first pregnancy. A woman can easily do a little exercise after birth. It all depends on how she feels, and how her body is functioning after the pregnancy. It also depends on what her doctor tells her. It takes about 6 weeks to another month for a womans womb, and uterus to heel. You people are obviously a bunch of nine year olds. Grow up already. As you can see, Britney still has weight to lose. It is impossible to have a tummy tuck, or get lipo after a short period of time.
To educate you idiots, Britney used to do 1,000 crunches per day. She has a personal trainer. Just look at Pam Anderson, and Gwyneth Paltrow. These women have personal trainers, and within weeks they can easily lose their baby fat. All it takes is the right exercise. Now, it's obvious that Britney won't be able to do any hardcore exercising, but that doesn't stop her from doing a little something. At least to lose the weight. Britney's body is very well trained, and it actually takes her no time. And her breasts are looking like they are, because of the breasts milk. I guarantee you, that the majority of you don't know an ounce about childbirth. So, you can just shut it.
I can't wait for the new album!

I know that when I was nursing my son my boobs were huge and the nursing bras that they make aren't always supportive enough, especially at the beginning when your milk first comes in...and not to mention she has had 2 kids and is a human being...her boobs will at some point start to sag like everyone else! Pregnancy completely changes your body, even if you don't gain a lot of weight and you lose it quickly.
And as far as her jeans are concerned, I like them, and there are times when jeans get caught in your shoes no matter what you do when you are walking...you can fix it ever step you take (which is how often it will get caught) but then people would make fun of her for not walking right! You people need to give her a break and quit being so negative...she looks great and I'm happy for her...being a mom makes saggy boobs and messed up pants legs all worth it!

I may have never been the biggest Britney fan but I have to agree that she does look amazing. I have to agree with all the moms out there. After birth and even a C-Section you really cant have that much stress on your body to have Lipo or Tummy tuck. Not only does it add more stress to your body it also takes a longer process to heal. In Brits case if she did, she did her choice, but if she worked it off more power to her for putting her foot down and not letting K-Fed take over her life.
I too noticed the rings were not on the wedding finger. GOOD! she needs to leave that scum. No offense to Brit, but Justin would have been better for her and the babies.
To all of you out there that are talking about her "saggy boobs" listen to the mothers in here they know what she is going through, yes she could have had a better bra on, but all of you women (and men imagine being a women) that are not mothers, you try to breast feed 3-5 times a day if not more, and see if you dont want them to just rest.

I think britney looks like an average girl who just gave childbirth. But I live in Canada, we are a slimmer nation, so she might appear to be slim to you americans because it is not really the norm. Here it is common for women with $ to give birth via csection and have a tummy tuck at the same time. I know because I did that too. After having a csection you are not supposed to do any exercise for 6 weeks. anyway, she looks happy and that is what really matters(and that her kids are healthy too)

Not that surprising, I just had my son 8 weeks ago and am down 60 lbs without dieting or exercise. Nursing does it all. Just because you look slimmer doesn't mean you're starving yourself after having a kid. And the boobs? Compare anyone who has had kids and breastfeeds to those selfish 40 year olds who never had just to keep their bodies. Brit looks good, face it.

Give the girl a break! I have a 3 year old and believe me it is hard enough being pregnant, but to do it in front of the whole world and not be able to walk out your front door with a camera stuck up your ass is difficult. I think she really looks good for having 2 kids and who gives a rats ass if she exercised or if she has plastic surgery, being pregnant screws up your body. Everyone needs to learn to quit being so judgemental of her and let her be human. Besides, do you put on make up and dress like a moviestar to go to the mall, I sure as hell didn't think so, so why should she have to?

well i heard that she had a tummy tuck after the c-section. think about it she was in the hospital a little long???? i completely believe she did. as far as the boobs, at this poit i think she really needs to wear a bra for the breast tissue sake. no way she lost 26lbs that fast with a c-section and no help. she could not even do sit ups b/c of the staples in her tummy. so i think it is safe to say.....
