I have a question to all these people who buy these house half the time they aren't even in these house so they sit emtpy so what exactly is the point in buying them. Between tours and vactions they are never at these house maybe 20 days a year what a waste of money. But I guest if your the maid or butler or gardens keeper you live really really well. The master of the house is never there. lol Nothing against John Mayer but Jennifer Aniston Britney Spears they are all on tour right now and their million dollar homes are just sitting there. Wait till you retire before you buy something like this so you can at least enjoy it.

I happen to be the builder's wife of the house you pictured, and it is NOT THE RIGHT ONE ! The Spanish tiled one that you can sort of see in the background is the right house. The one you claim to be Mayers was sold to a lovely couple about a year ago... Thank you very much, for the great photos ! We are proud of that beauty that we built.. don't know who built his, but it's not nearly as GRAND !

... and he didn't buy the house, he's only renting it... for $30,000 A MONTH ! He'll probably not be there very long. It's a tough neighborhood to fit into, unless you are a family man with kids and horses !
