Recently, Ali looks very different....my take is that she's had plastic surgery. She never was a very cute girl and her nose was always the first thing I'd notice when I'd see her pic or on tv. This young lady shouldn't be hanging out with her big sister as Lindsay is probably one of the worst role models out there for young girls. Ali needs to be at home in LI with a curfew!

I don't think that ali lohan has had 'works' done. i mean come on.. she's still developing. things change. and it could have been make up too. i think she's pretty. but still, why is her mom exposing her children like this... poor poor young girl.

Ali so had some "work" done to her lips and nose! Boy, she knows she's ugly looking. Plus, it's not surprising that Dina is allowing her to get plastic surgery. At least now she won't be the worst looking Lohan.
