Maybe she could try to go incognito once in awhile to give those poor boys some quality time without paparazzi. I mean, come on, no bra and attention getting outfits will attract attention. Maybe a ball cap and normal clothes might help to disguise her but I truly think she enjoys all the attention, regardless of how it affects her kids.
