yeah sure Britney is more famous than that chicken (K-fed) so the paps are more likely chasing Brit, and boys are afraid of the paps, so if you disappear boys would feel quite fine with their mom than with that jerk :@
They are more comfortable around their father most likely because there was a lot less drama in their short lives around him. No ambulences -- nobody hiding in the bathroom with them, not to mention he had custody of them for a while --

And why would you ask about his other kids, knowing they're back in CA., which is quite a distance away. I hate smoking but I don't see him smoking in there faces,you people are blind. He's holding the cigarette far away from them. Brittanies always got a cigarette in her hand. Last year her older son had taken one of her cigarettes out of the box as I recall. I'm sure being with their father is alot less stressful and much calmer for them.

Britney only had those kids for attention....sad but true. Sean Preston was simply born because she was bored and felt it was something she "needed". I smoke around my kids, and so doesn't a lot of other people so who cares about that, at least he is keeping it away from the kids unlike Britney letting her kids play with the lighters. At the beginning I thought BOTH Britney and Kevin were just horrible parents....but I honestly have to say that Kevin sure stepped up to the plate and is doing his part.
I honestly don't think it's who is the "happiest" with who. The kids are photographed with Britney in extreme circumstances - she's got the paps constantly following her around and she can't get a moments peace. So when she is out with the kids I'm sure it is very overwhelming for them. Kevin isn't a famous pop star, he's a regular guy that happened to date a famous person and of course the kids are going to feel more comfortable because he doesn't get the paps constantly following so they kids are able to be kids and just be free to run around and be goofy.
