Those photos are why any self respecting person does not display themselves in public with fake boobs, fake fish lips, and overly tanned sagging flesh. When one does step out in public looking like that, one deserves all of the ridicule that one gets.

I may be wrong but I don't think this is Donatella. Check out recent pics of her in strapless gowns or pants and you'll see it's not the same person. She has always carried more weight on her than this toothpick. Beside's she's only 54, the woman in these photo's has to be at least 64 or more.

My concern is with the health of this woman. She cannot be 54 years old! I am 77,but I look healthy compared to her. Hair, skin, eyes, she looks very very ill.I hope she goes to a doctor soon, and I will send kind thoughts her way.

No one is suggesting one must be beautiful, or that old ladies should not go to the beach. But for the sake of all that is holy, old ladies (being one myself) should no go nearly nude when one's body is past its public exposure expiration date. A little common sense, and a modicum of modesty is what's called for here.
