LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Angelina Jolie is one of the frontrunners to play the female lead in The Thomas Crown Affair 2, but a source for The Daily Mirror reveals that producers want Jolie to put on some weight first.

Producers don't want a repeat of the incidents that occurred on Jolie's last action film Wanted, where she reportedly fainted and had to have her costumes taken in. Additionally, she was criticized for being too thin to portray an action woman and the source adds, "Ideally they want Angelina to put on two stone [28 pounds] for the role. It is going to be very physically demanding, which is why they want her to carry the extra weight."

The film is scheduled for a 2009 release, and Pierce Brosnan is set to play Thomas Crown.
