'Doubt' Tops SAG Award Nominations

Movies Doubt200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - "Doubt," received five Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations Thursday, the most of any film.

"Doubt" scored a best cast performance nod (the award's version of best picture) along with "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," "Frost/Nixon," "Milk," and "Slumdog Millionaire."

Meryl Streep was nominated for best actress in "Doubt," she'll be up against Kate Winslet in "Revolutionary Road," Anne Hathaway in "Rachel Getting Married," Angelina Jolie in "Changeling," and Melissa Leo in "Frozen River."

Nominated for best actor were: Richard Jenkins in "The Visitor," Frank Langella in "Frost/Nixon," Sean Penn in "Milk," Brad Pitt in "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" and Mickey Rourke in "The Wrestler."

The 15th Annual SAG awards will be handed out on January 25th.
