I believe that Katherine should be the Executor of Michael's will. Lots of people have already stole and taken advantage of Michael's money and I would not trust outsiders with that responsibility. As for Debbie Rowe, she was paid for her services already. Hopefully a judge would see her for what she is. She sold her children and if she really wants them back she should have to pay to get them back. This is all about money.

I think she ought not be the executor because trust law rules the day, but more importantly, family members are thick as thieves. They will rob the kids from their inheritance. Remember these kids really aren't Jackson blood as if that would matter anyway. With third party executors and the Jackson family spending all of their waking hours looking over the shoulders of the executors, the kids inheritance is more likely to be protected.

I think Mrs Jackson should abide by all of Michael's will, she was named guardian by Michael,and she should be, but if he wanted someone esle to be excutor, then taht is what he wished.
