Dr. Phil Sued For Sexually Harassing And Brainwashing Guest!
(10/08/09 7:20 AM)

drphil200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Dr. Phil is being sued by a former guest on his tv show who claims he falsely imprisoned her in a studio with a naked man, brainwashed her, and touched her left breast.

Shirley Dieu, who is acting as her own lawyer, filed suit against the doctor for the incident she says occurred in 2007, after a taping of the Dr. Phil show.

Courthouse News reports that Dieu claims the show wouldn't allow her to leave the studio, where she was deprived of food and sleep. That's when Dr. Phil allegedly touched her boob during a counseling session, and forced her to "be in the same room with a completely naked live man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all."

Dieu also claims that she was "brainwashed to trust her captives" and "programmed to believe that she was getting real therapy from a real licensed doctor." Although Dr. Phil is indeed a licensed doctor, he is not licensed to practice therapy in California.

She's seeking punitive damages for false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, indecent exposure, brainwashing, public ridicule and humiliation, mental and physical abuse, assault and battery, negligence and fraud.

HAHAHA! That's a funny one. Sounds like an absolute load of crap, but really funny. No wonder she's acting as her own attorney, if I heard her case I wouldn't waste my time or embarrass my firm with such nonesense. If I was this lady I would be looking for a little more than just Dr Phil. She needs a psyco therapist. She's obviously skizo.

No doubt she's a nut case. However Dr. Phil and all his ilk that have made a fortune off others people misery or short comings why don't they just shut up and go away. Wouldnt you like to know what these guests are paid to appear on this programs. Back in Gerald's hey day the guest were paid approx 5 thou each or a lavish vacation, I know somebody that actually was paid by Geraldo's show....

don't believe it

I believe her. Of coarse nobody else seems to. I suggest you do a google search for "therapy cult" and educate yourself on the rampant slime ball "therapist" who are recklessly harming their clients. But of coarse, you don't want to really know about all that do you? You'd rather believe the utter nonsense and babble they spew on everybody.

No Way! I can't imagine what kind of person would believe this junk. I feel sorry for the woman, she obviously needs some kind of help. Maybe Dr. Phil didn't tell her what she wanted to hear and now she will try to make him pay for it. Dr. Phil helps millions of people every day, those on his show and those of us who watch. Kepp up the good work, Dr. Phil!

yeah, sounds bogus. I definately dont believe her. Sounds stupid. Dr. Phil definately appears to have more class then that.

I don't believe her, however, I smell ratings ploy here. Are we going to see Dr. Phil on his buddy David Letterman's show sharing stories?
