Jon Gosselin Countersues TLC For $5 Million

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Jon Gosselin isn't taking TLC's breach-of-contract suit lying down. He's counter-suing the network that made him famous for $5 million dollars.
In the suit, Jon contends that "TLC is preventing him from earning a living with a contract that is too restrictive," according to Radar Online. Quite interesting that he chose this tactic when you consider that Jon was the one who blocked TLC from continuing to shoot the kids, rendering Jon & Kate Plus 8 and Kate Plus 8 defunct.
TLC's suit claims Jon entered into negotiations for various reality shows and made appearances without their consent, which constituted a breach-of-contract. He's expected to appear for that case in a Maryland courtroom on December 14th, where he'll have to watch as former lovers and friends testify for the prosecution.

TLC will be the winner. The guys past decisions are going to cost him the case and rightfully so.

What a pompous jackass! Who does he think he is, seriously? I wouldn't watch anything he appeared on and he needs to friggin grow up and be a dad!
TLC gave him a HUGE step up in his style of living. His thought processes seem like a teenagers. He throws his temper tantrums and still expects to get his way. No wonder Kate had to take such a more assertive role. He would act uncapable and she would have to fill in for him. He just doesn't get life. Her prorities are her children.
