LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - American Idol is set to undergo even more changes for its tenth season.

Producers are considering behind-the-scenes elements, and a way for Idol singers to interact with fans.

The Top 12 contestants will potentially live together in a house in the Hollywood Hills where they can chat with fans via Twitter. The kids may also take a road trip to Las Vegas where they would participate in Cirque du Soleil's Beatles-inspired Love show.

Despite the many drastic changes, season ten may just be the best yet. There are 325 kids participating in Hollywood Week, making this the largest group the show has ever seen. Insiders say the level of talent auditioning this year is "amazing."

American Idol is set to air Wednesdays and Thursdays, beginning with a two-night premiere event Wednesday, Jan. 19 and Thursday, Jan. 20.
