LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) -- MTV's Teen Mom franchise is a baby boomer; the show's third season premiere was its most-watched debut yet.

The episode, which about 3.65 million people watched, was also the No. 1 program on cable Tuesday among viewers 12-34, and the No. 1 program for female viewers aged 12-34 across all of television.

The premiere was down slightly from the second season average of 3.8 million viewers. The second season finale had more than 5 million viewers.

For the third season, the season one cast is back (season two was a different group of teens, selected from the sister show 16 And Pregnant), including Farah Abraham, Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout and Catelynn Lowell.

In the premiere, Abraham revealed that she'll undergo breast augmentation surgery on the show, while Portwood and the father of her child, Gary, entered therapy. There's no shortage of drama.
