JB_281x200.jpg LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Justin Bieber's mother Pattie Mallette has inked a deal to pen an intimate memoir detailing her struggles with violence, substance abuse and other hurdles she overcame in her younger years.

Mallette, who became pregnant with the teen pop sensation when she was just a teenager, hopes to inspire women who have struggled with similar battles and give them hope for a brighter future.

Her book will be released by Christian book publisher Revell, and will cover everything from her traumatic upbringing to how she turned it all around to be the loving mother she is today.

"Pattie's story is a powerful example of courage and determination that will inspire anyone who has faced struggles in life. She's living proof that even in the darkest of places, there is always room for hope," Revell editorial director Jennifer Leap said in a statement.

In an effort to give back, Mallette plans to donate a portion of the book's proceeds to charity. Her memoir is set to be released in September, the same month her son's second photo book, Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started, will hit shelves.
