Jennifer Aniston just bought herself a new house in Beverly Hills. The six bedroom property cost a reported $10.6 million (less than half of what she made in one year on Friends) and is just a stone's throw away from bff Courteney Cox! It seems like these two are always in close vicinity to each other -- Courteney got a house in Malibu, then Jen did. Courteney bought in Beverly Hills, then Jen did! We have pix of the house (currently going through renovations), but there's no word yet on whether or not Vince, who sometimes shacked up with Jen at her rented Malibu pad, plans on moving in with her...
They can literally walk to each other's houses
