Aniston and Meyer may go way back - the two formed a mutual admiration society after Meyer designed a gold necklace for the set of The Break Up - but the lengths to which the ex-Friend went to attend her friend's baby shower were still pretty remarkable! (Of course, a baby shower for Meyer is practically a race against the clock at this point - every time we've seen her out on the town with Tobey, she's looked practically ready to burst right there in the street!)
