No, there's nothing scandalous going on in these pictures - we just ran into the endearingly goofy Rachel Bilson feeding a parking meter. Still, though - how many starlets can make you go "AWWWWWW" at the sight of them slipping quarters into a slot? Just Rachel and Star Jones, right?
