Sorry, Kate!

Frankly, I think it was a good excuse to blame the paparazzi for ruining her workout so she wouldn't have to run back home which is up hill all the way!

And btw, this was shot just a few hours ago as Kate jogged in to Santa Monica canyon from her Pacific Palisades home. That's right where Matthew McConaughey did his workout the other day on the locally-famous Santa Monica steps, which Kate also, conveniently, skipped!
