McDreamy Gets a New McCar

Patrick Dempsey was showing off his new car (a Lotus Exige) in Hollywood yesterday. With all the recent controversy on the set of Grey's Anatomy stemming from the tension between Patrick and co-star Isaiah Washington, there's been some rumors that one of them will be replaced! Obviously, if this purchase is any indication, it won't be Patrick!
