Britney Spears continued her patronage of new BFF Paris Hilton last night after the American Music Awards - she stopped by the heiress' home after the ceremony and, as these photographs show, had such a good time that she didn't leave until three-thirty in the morning! (And avid Britney-watchers should take note that she actually changed into that outfit at the party - we've got great exclusive video of her coming your way in just a few minutes!)
