Britney Spears BSPEARSQUICKCHANGE120506_01.jpgWhen we caught Britney attempting to sneak out of Privilege and grabbing a soda at Jack In The Box, she was looking dressed to kill, but by the time her friends led her by the hand out of the house party she'd been attending up in the Hollywood Hills, she looked more like she was on her way to the pharmacy! Close inspection of the clip reveals that she seems to have borrowed the host's outfit - but then again, considering how he loans her his cap early in the clip, maybe it's just more of the same!
