Posh's British Invasion

The Fem-Bot took over Melrose Place yesterday, for a quick shopping trip to Marc Jacobs. Thankfully, she was dressed a little more weather-appropriate, but even with all the LA sunshine, Posh still couldn't crack a smile! 
Did all the plastic surgery take away her ability to have a facial expression?
