Mischa Barton is Color Blind

How else could you explain her desire to pair 70s orange (can anyone name that color?) with rust? I never thought I'd say this, but Cisco actually's the better looking of the two in these pix of Mischco at Barney's last week! Why, oh why, would she choose to walk into Barney's wearing that heinous sweater-turned-sweater-dress and keds? Have a little respect! 
Mischa's face might be out of the sun but her outfit is blinding me!
