Paris is Pissed!

Paris, coming home from a long day on the set of her new film "The Hottie and the Nottie" yesterday, was looking downright pissed! Her sentence doesn't prohibit her from driving any of her "like, so many cars", so what could be making Paris so upset? 
Why so glum?
What the heck's on her boots?
One of them says "HOTHER" but I can't make out the other.
Anyone know?
