She wasn't telling in this XCLUSIVE video of her leaving Cafe Med with a friend, but she has been seen lately wearing loose-around-the-belly clothing! Preggers, or not, she's still amazingly beautiful. She even makes our photogs giggle like schoolboys at the mere sight of her (or maybe they were giggling at the sight of other paps falling down trying to get a pic of her!)More pix inside:
