Nicky and David's Pre-Valetine's Day Date

Nicky and David shared a romantic pre-Valentine's day lunch at Sur restaurant in West Hollywood yesterday. When we asked Nicky if she wanted to say anything about her most recent lawsuit over the Nicky O hotel in Chicago, she said “no comment†and laughed!
