Did Paris Get a Boob Job?

I know we said that cutlets and a push-up bra could do wonders for Paris' itty-bitties, but a closer inspection (in these photos) is making us start to wonder...Could any push-up bra/cutlet combo make you go from Keira Knightley to Pamela Anderson? I mean, her boobs are practically at her chin when she sits down! Whatever they are, they may not be real, but they're certainly spectacular!
