Spiderman's Tobey Maguire took his precious daughter Ruby and fiancé Jennifer Meyer to Malibu for a relaxing lunch and long walk. Looks like Tobey's starting a new chapter in his life while ending another one: He's said that he wants out of the franchise...and there's talk of Jake Gyllenhaal replacing him! 
Tobey is enjoying some downtime in advance of the much hyped world release of Spider-Man 3 scheduled for early May.
