The family reunion was short-lived, however, as Kevin took the kids home after less than an hour with a downcast expression on his face.
Although this encounter might not have been one of Britney and Kevin's happiest, it's still an encouraging sign to see Brit's visitors coming more frequently. We're guessing that, like any mother, she's just missing her kids - and Kevin's been doing a commendable job of keeping her access to Sean and Jayden open.
