Approximately 45 minutes ago, Britney Spears was rushed to Century City Hospital by her bodyguard in her black Cadillac Escalade with police waiting at the hospital to expedite her admission. Two hours earlier, Britney ate at Barefoot and shopped at Victoria's Secret in Beverly Hills (above photos). She appeared happy and upbeat. Check back soon for video and more photos of her outing earlier today.
