Or perhaps Nicole is simply en route to St. Thomas, where she and Keith were said to be planning to renew their vows at pal Kenny Chesney's island home. An appropriate rumor since I'm guessing Nicole and Keith's marriage is heading the way of Chesney and Renee Zellweger's union ...
