Benji Madden and Sophie Monk hit the town on Friday night. The model/actress/popstar towered over her fiance as they entered the Chateau Marmont (yeah, we know he was a step below her, but still). Now that Good Charlotte have released their latest album, is there a wedding in the near future? 
Nice to see one Hollywood couple that's still together!
