Paris, looking very Olivia Newton-John circa 1979, stopped by an ice cream parlor where she primped and preened in front of the mirror and posed for pix while she waited for her pink cone. But all that posturing couldn't distract us from her hot new help - Is that Brit's former manny, Perry, with her? When did HE become her bodyguard? And does Brit know?
