Well, there's nothing wrong per se, looks like a nice, sunny LA family outing...except Kelly Osbourne (dressed like she could be Nicole Blonsky's double for Hairspray) seems to be in charge of a young girl and Kate Moss (with daughter Lila Grace) is hangin' with some dirty-looking guy who's NOT Pete Doherty!more pix inside ...
Lila's adorable! Can't say the same for Kelly's hair - or her dress!

Think Lila will grow up to be a fashion icon like her mom?
Let's hope she doesn't inherit ALL her mom's habits!
