Ashlee Bundles Up Against The Cold LA Weather

Ashlee struggled to keep warm in our unseasonably cold weather (it musta gotten down to at least 70!) while on a shopping jaunt in Hollywood yesterday. *Yes, people, that was sarcasm, it's totally warm and sunny here!
Her friend must be freezing wearing nothing but a cotton dress and flip-flops! 
Maybe she's just trying to hide a new tattoo from Papa Joe.
Or maybe she's trying to rebel against her newfound status as "the prettier Simpson sister!"Either way, I think she should return this look to 2004!
