Dinner Avec Les In-Laws

After a full day of shopping, Eva met her in-laws-to-be for dinner last night in Paris. Tony's mother rolled up to the restaurant in a camper-van (?), wearing a cowboy hat (??), to meet Eva and Tony's just-as-tall twin brother! 
There's that hand on belly again...
"Where's the nearest McDonald's?"
I don't know what's going on here...
Maybe she's just trying to make Eva comfortable, wearing the cowboy hat, riding around in a gas-guzzling RV...Eva is from Texas after all!
