Free Paris!

After a couple weeks of seeing Paris moping around, I think I finally starting to feel
sorry for her. Yes, she drove when she shouldn't have, but isn't jail time a bit much?

I mean wouldn't society be better served by having Paris do community service than by sticking her in a prison cell? She's already learned her lesson so wouldn't you rather you tax dollars be spent on the minimal paperwork it'd take to require her to work at a homeless shelter or even picking up trash on the side of the road?

Her sitting in jail isn't doing anything for us people on the 'outside' except funneling our tax dollars into the organization and administration it takes to get her a special cell at Lynwood and fulfilling all the other exceptions that will be made for her. Why?
