The eternally cute Mandy Moore graced the stage of Club Stereo in New York City last night where she looked... a little, uh... giggly. Who knew Mandy could rock so hard?! 
Ugh, fine. I admit there's nothing bad to say about Mandy Moore - I can't even think of another young celeb that's as together as she is. Kudos!
