We ran into the troubled star (who recently postponed her tour) outside of Koi last night, where she had even more trouble - she couldn't unlock her child-proofed car! Kelly smiled through the entire debacle and kept her grin even when she refused to tell us why the tour was cancelled (many say poor ticket sales.) Maybe the reason she was so happy is because she just had dinner with country superstar Reba McEntire, whom she's gonna duet with on Reba's next album!
