12:21 - Court spokesperson Alan Parachini is reporting that the Judge remanded Paris to serve out the full 45 days of her sentence, and that her "medical condition" wasn't discussed!
12:10 - Shaking and crying, she apparently yelled "It's not riiiight! Moooooom!" as she heard the sentence read!
12:09 - PARIS ORDERED BACK TO JAIL!
11:10 - The hearing is underway. We'll bring you the latest as soon as we have it!
10:55 - Rick and Kathy Hilton have arrived at the courthouse - Paris must already be inside!
10:49 We're hearing reports that Ms. Hilton has snuck in a side entrance unseen, but we don't know if she's actually in the court room.
10:43 Paris has arrived in glamorous downtown Los Angeles. Should be only another few minutes before she arrives at the courthouse.
10:37 - They're on the 10 fwy, hitting some light traffic. It's no Bronco ride down the 405, but still.
10:27 - We're hearing a cameraman got hit (not seriously) by Paris' cop car on their way down Kings Rd. Whoops!
10:25 - Stuck in LA traffic. Guess they don't want to turn the lights on for fear of being accused of "special treatment"!
10:19 - She's on her way down the hill in the black and white. Total pandemonium from the media trying to get a pic! Stay tuned for images on X17online.com!
10:15 - Paris is put into the back of the cop car - in cuffs. This is it!
10:13 - Kathy hugs her daughter (dressed in what looks like grey sweats) goodbye before she's cuffed - cuffed!
10:12 - What's with all the tarps? They should just put her in a burka and call it a day.

10:07 - They're putting tarps up outside her house. Are we gonna miss her "perp-walk"?
10:06 - It's now been over an hour since she was (re-)ordered to appear. Girlfriend better be lookin' fierce when she comes out!
10:00 - A cop car pulled in. Are they gonna haul her in in cuffs?
9:59 - The gate is open...she should be coming out soon!
9:58 - A conference between the Sheriff's Deputies and the LAPD is taking place outside her house - your city tax dollars hard at work to figure out how to transport Paris Hilton from the Hollywood Hills to downtown!
9:55 - Sheriff's deputies are at her front door - this could be it!
9:50 - Oooh a black Chrysler is pulling up. Is that gonna be her white Bronco?
9:41 - There's some activity outside the house - looks like a couple assistants flitting around. She's already over 40 minutes late for the hearing. Judge Sauer is gonna be pissed!
9:37 - The world waits for Paris to make the journey from her Hollywood Hills house to the downtown LA courthouse in a ride of "O.J. proportions"! What we really wanna know is - what's she gonna wear?
