The political provocateur took over the screening room at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences last night to unveil Sicko, his documentary about the sorry state of America's health-insurance industry. Unsurprisingly, a who's-who of Left Coast lefties showed up - we spotted John Cusack, Melissa Ethridge and Tammy Lynn Michaels (take that, Larry King!), and Kristin Bell in attendence. (We also caught Kim Kardashian making the scene - who knew her political convictions ran so deep?)
