One of our guys stopped by the Roosevelt last night to see what was going on, and was practically blinded by all the starpower in attendance - in addition to Caroline and Kim Kardashian, our photographer reported spotting Tour De France winner/cancer survivor/rumored biopic subject Lance Armstrong chatting with an unidentified blonde as soon as he showed up! We've highlighted Lance in the picture below - see for yourself!
