We spotted Jessica Biel - where else - walking her dog in Westwood yesterday afternoon. Probably not the most exciting way to spend an afternoon - but then again, after the furor surrounding her "secret" boyfriend Justin Timberlake's barfight over the weekend, Jess could probably use some downtime!
