Why is it that when celebs get their mugshots taken, they have an insane impulse to smile (well, at least smirk)? Just trained to turn it on for the cameras, or are they fully aware that this is the shot that will be seen 'round the world? In either case, some of these stars are totally serving it in these photos. Which star wins your vote for best Celeb Mugshot?
