Is Tori Spelling even a hot mess anymore, or just a plain 'ol mess? The reality star partied in Malibu yesterday in a green dress that showed off her most valuable assets. What's going on in that second picture? Looks like Ms. Spelling is having a little too much fun. Must be a hilarious TV show to watch though!
