Britney Stays Sober - With Sundahl?

Last night, we caught the Queen B spending the evening with her new boyfriend (rumored to be real-estate mogul John Sundahl) - first taking in a show at the Pantages Theater, then heading off to the Four Seasons for an hour before hitting up a party at the Chateau Marmont. Other reports say this guys isn't Sundahl (who's also chairman of the AA group Britney attends), but a bodyguard seen watching over Brit in New York last summer! Although there is somewhat of a resemblance, would a bodyguard wear flip flops? 
Whether this guy is her bodyguard, John Sundahl or unidentified "wealthy older man", it's clear from the way they were acting together last night, that this is her new guy.

At least he's a quick study!Looks like Britney's committing to change more than just her wig!
